- Head west to Scripps Poway Pkwy for a nice climb. Then go north through Poway and up to Rancho Bernardo and back home on the west side.

- This route features two KOM climb sections on Scripps Poway Pkwy. The course continues towards Rancho Bernardo and passes thru 4S Ranch. The route heads back via Del Sur and the 56 bike path to Mira Mesa.
